Bill Leahy and his wife Kimberley live in Randolph, NJ with their three daughters Paige, Keara, and Brooke. They started the catering business and have expanded their menus and offerings to meet their customer’s needs. They are so appreciative of the relationships they have built with their customers. Many customers suggested that Bill and Kimberley get a Food Truck so they could make their event even more fun and unique. In 2020, they designed a state of the art kitchen for their new Food Truck and look forward to building more relationships with existing and new customers.
Catering services are offered throughout the tri-state area (NY, NJ, and CT). Our customers range from small private events to large corporate events.

Plan your event and design your own menu with our private chef experience or a cooking lesson with Chef/Owner Bill Leahy. Bill will come to your location, teach you and your guests how to prepare your chosen menu for this special event.

Catering services are available throughout the Tri-State area.
Is a deposit required?
There is a $300 non-refundable deposit required to book your event.
How early should I book my event?
We accept reservations up to one year in advance.
What would a wedding catering entail?
There are many options that all include a customizable menu. The food truck has been requested for post-wedding, late-night fare.
